Petrof Piano Competition Branding

A historical brand looking for a campaign logo and identity

More than 152 years

Founded in 1864, PETROF is now the largest producer of acoustic grand and upright pianos in Europe. We have been approached by their Macao distributor for creating a brand new logo and identity for their International Piano Competition.

Subtle and classic

Inspired by the contour and lines of a PETROF grand piano, we have created a signature icon which reflects the “soft, gentle and rounded tone” nature of the brand. Together with a subtle colour scheme and elegant typography, the new identity helps to differentiate the brand from other piano competitions.
